Typical setup timeframe looks as following:
Day 1-3 |
- Pre-approval Phase
- You fill out a precheck form |
Day 3-7 |
- After Pre-Approval, full documentation is requested

Week 2 |
- Underwriting completes
- We provide the contracts with the chosen bank and the gateway provider |
Week 3 |
- You complete your API integration using the manuals we provide
- Bank activates your merchant account (MID) |
Required Documentation:
After pre-approval you are asked to provide the scanned copies of the following documents:
Incorporation Documents (Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum/Articles, Share Registry, ...)
Recent Business Bank Account Statement
Passport copy (for owners/directors)
Proof of address (for owners/directors)
Licenses (if applicable, for example with Gaming)
6 Months Processing History (if available)
Optional documents which may be asked on case by case basis:
Business Plan
Business Financials or Tax Return
Proof of domain ownership
Website Compliance:
As per Visa/MC compliance regulations, any merchant's website needs to contain the following:
Product/Service information & Pricing
Contact details (business name, full address + phone or email)
Terms & Conditions (with company legal name)
Refunds Policy
