All our direct merchant account solutions come bundled with an online payment gateway, backed up by a decade-long experience and western-EU based infrastructure, handling millions of transactions daily.
When your merchant account placement is approved, you will get access to gateway Test environment in order to complete your integration to make sure it works perfectly before going live. We and the gateway provider's dedicated Tech Support Office will also offer you free and speedy assistance. Currently supported connection methods are following:
Direct Integration (Server2Server API):
This is the most commonly used method of integration. In practice it means that your customers enter their credit card information and delivery/billing address on your website and this information is sent to the payment gateway through a hidden background process via http post or similar method, thus the cardholder never leaves your website. Because sensitive card details are being filled in and processed on your server you will need to have the SSL certificate installed on your payment pages. Large merchants doing high amount of transactions will also need to be PCI compliant.
Hosted Payment Form:
This is the easier and the quickest method to integrate. Payment form is located on the gateway provider's server and you can customize some parameters to your design needs. Because credit card information is not being filled in on your website, you don't need the SSL certificate. Cardholder only fills in the delivery/billing address on your website, so you know where to send the goods, and is then redirected to the payment form where they enter their credit card information safely on the secure server. The results are then sent back to your server for your processing and the customer redirected to your "Thank You" page.
Virtual Terminal (VPOS):
The third method requires no integration at all and is generally used for Mail/Phone order based businesses. It is basically a Virtual POS terminal, where you login and process a credit transaction by filling out the whole payment form yourself. Virtual Terminal software which is a part of the online payment gateway solution is free and can be approved with most accounts. You will need internet access in order to login and enter sales. From this Terminal you are able to manually charge your customer's credit/debit cards.
